I always find this analysis helpful for buyers and sellers alike.  This information is very beneficial for Buyers looking for a home in North Central Area of San Antonio because they tend visit different subdivisions in different price ranges that would also vary in price per square foot.  For the month of August the Northcentral sold between $92 a sqft on the low end and $116 sqft on the high end with a median price of $103.  Graph and the box plot both support that the majority of homes sell slightly closer to the lower end of the price spectrum.  I love using a frequency graph and box plot to show.  San Antonio Please keep in mind that a seller selling in Northcentral San Antonio needs a more precise market analysis than the one provided above.
